Seller Terms and Conditions

Welcome to One Click. By registering and using our platform as a seller, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all goods sold through the One Click platform are properly packaged and delivered to the buyer.
One Click does not take any responsibility for damages, losses, or delays of goods during shipping.
One Click does not take any responsibility of goods sold on this platform. If anything illegal is sold such as Pornographic Material or Illegal Drugs or Firearms the items will be removed without the sellers consent.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Payments to sellers will only be processed and transferred once delivery has been confirmed by the buyer. Sellers must ensure timely and accurate delivery to avoid delays in receiving funds.

3. Buyer Fees and Commission

Buyers pay a Buyer Protection Fee of R14.90 and a 7% Asset Protection Fee on each transaction. These fees are deducted from the purchase total before the payout to the seller.

4. Refunds

In the event of a refund request, it is the seller’s responsibility to handle the refund directly with the buyer. One Click is not liable for issuing refunds or resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Platform Use

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of their goods. Any prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items are strictly forbidden on the platform.
One Click reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for any violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

One Click acts solely as an intermediary platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We do not accept liability for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from transactions conducted on the platform.

By using the One Click platform, sellers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
